I have chosen the name 'Leo Armour' because I relate Leo to a lion and being the "King of the Jungle", and that is how I think people should feel while working out, that feeling of being strong, brave & confident while doing an exercise would have you going above and beyond your limitations.

We are here to cater to all shapes and sizes and all genders with an active lifestyle.
